What is the currency of the store? Can I pay in another currency?
We'll automatically display prices in your local currency on the product pages and on the order summary page. All customers are billed in USD's and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). We have no control over these rates and do not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.

Yes, we are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
How long does it take to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 25 business days for purchases in United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how quickly your product is able to clear your country's customs. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or Dripwatch store credit for items returned. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We refund the price only for damaged or broken goods. If your item came with a Lifetime guarantee email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your unique loyalty card code for eligibility confirmation.
All orders can be cancelled until items have been shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once processing begins/shipped.
