How long does it take to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 25 business days for purchases in United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how quickly your product is able to clear your country's customs. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or Dripwatch store credit for items returned. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We refund the price only for damaged or broken goods. If your item came with a Lifetime guarantee email us at hello@dripwatch.co.uk with your unique loyalty card code for eligibility confirmation.

All orders can be cancelled until items have been shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once processing begins/shipped.
